Raymond Weaver, 73, passed away July 27, 2021. A visitation will be Monday, August 2, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Brooks Funeral Care, 2135 SW 9th St. Burial with military rites at Sunset Memorial Gardens will follow.
Ray proudly served in the United States Air Force and was employed as a parts manager at Charles Gabus Ford for many years. He will be remembered for his love of music, guns, barbeque and spending time with family.
He will be missed by his wife, Pong; children, Carman Weaver, Corine (John) Leonard, Catherine (Everett) Martinez and Ronald (Stephanie) Weaver; grandchildren, Michael Nguyen, Avitar Rabon, Anastasia Balensiefen, Casey Leonard, James Leonard, Chauntelle Martinez, Everett Martinez, Jr., Kevin Le, Katelynn Plummer, and Mason Weaver; great-grandchildren, Carson Leonard, Jenna Balensiefen, James Balensiefen, Jr., Ella Rabon, and Sophia Leonard. Ray is also survived by siblings, Howard Weaver and Barbara Sparks, and several nieces and nephews.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Donna Kay, and granddaughter, Andrea Nguyen.
