Leah Ann Osweiler (nee Thies) passed peacefully on July 17, 2021 at The Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, Iowa at the age of 83.
Leah Ann was born on September 15, 1937, to Mildred L. Miller and George R.A. Thies. She is preceded in death by both parents, her husband John A. Osweiler, a brother, Larry Thies, a daughter, Michele Beaty, as well as 2 grandsons, Kurt J. Osweiler son of Michael, and Johnathon L. Osweiler son of Mark, and great-grandson Alexander S. Barning son Of Cadi Beaty.
She is survived by two sons, Michael J. Osweiler (Sheryl) of Waseca, MN and Mark A. Osweiler of St. Paul, MN, son-in-law, Roger Beaty of West Des Moines, 16 Grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
