Paul B. Clements, 90, died on Dec. 8, 2007 at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines. Funeral Services will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at New Hope Assembly of God, 6800 Townsend Ave., Urbandale, Iowa, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at McDivitt Grove Cemetery.

Paul was born in Grimes, Iowa and had lived most of his life in Johnston. He was a US Marine Corps veteran and a self employed carpenter. He enjoyed music, reading and dining out with friends.

He will be missed by his daughters, Donna Knox of Elgin, SC and Mary Ann (Richard) Tingley of Johnston; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Welcome, in 2002.
