Bill was born in Enterprise, Iowa, and lived most of his life in Colorado before moving to Des Moines six years ago. Bill was a real people person who had a wealth of work experience during his life. He enjoyed sports, especially the Denver Broncos football team.

He is survived by a brother Robert (Lucille) Quinn and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his wife LaRita.
