Paul Selian was born January 6, 1928 in Alexandria, Egypt and passed away October 9, 2006, at CLC Polk City from complications of Alzheimers. Following his wishes, Paul wanted to be cremated and services will be held at a later date.

Paul is survived by his care-giver, Karean Russell, Des Moines; a daughter, Sona Cornelius of Ames; a granddaughter, Sarah of Ames, and his grandson, Ryan, also of Ames; and one brother, Haig, of Ontario, Canada. He was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
