William Major Evans William Major Evans, 68, died May 10, 2005 at InTrust Taylor House. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2005 at Dunlap City Park, Dunlap, Iowa. William was born in Dunlap, Iowa. He was an avid outdoorsmen. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Elaine; four children, Paula of Dunlap, IA, Nathan (Luana) of Omaha, NE, Duncan (Melinda) of Carter Lake, IA, and Leslie of Des Moines; five grandchildren, Christie, Eric, Collin, Abigail, and Sydney; two sisters, Virginia Harrington and Alice (Lee) Kenkel; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to InTrust Taylor House Hospice.
