James E. Wolfe, 66, died Wednesday, August 10, 2005. Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, August 13 at Brooks Funeral Care, 7975 University Blvd, Clive, Iowa. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Jim was born and raised in West Des Moines and was a 1957 graduate of Valley High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and he worked in the insurance industry. Jim loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by sons, Mike (Sheri), Todd (Dana) and Brion (Janelle); grandchildren, Jack, Kayla, Rachel, Justin and Jordan; brother; Duwaine (Jaynee); sisters, Nancy (Bud) Peeler, Linda (John) Laughlin and Joann (Kent) Gaer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine in 1971 and his parents, Mack and Betty Wolfe.
