Our Mother had a gift of making everyone she met feel loved and special. She died December 14, 2004 at Mercy Hospital, after a long illness from congestive heart failure.

She was born January 29, 1924 to Salvatore and Catherine DeFrancisco. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Josephine, Ascension and Rose; and a brother, Cosimo.

She married her 8th grade sweetheart, Ralph J. Leto on September 6, 1942. They had six children, Ralph (Jane), Anthony (Mary), Sam (Joyce), Paul (Lisa), Victoria (David Pruin) and Patricia (Frank Fazio). Mom and Dad have 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 18 at St. Anthony's Church. Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, with a rosary at 7 p.m.
Memorials have been established for St. Anthony's Altar & Rosary Society or Mercy Hospital dialysis patients. We were blessed to have her in our lives.
