Howard Lee Frazier passed away November 24, 2004 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer.

Howard was born April 7, 1925 to Mable Alice (Phipps) and Clint A. Frazier in Ogden, Iowa. He was retired from Des Moines Independent School District in 1988 and was member of ASCEME and IPERS. Howard was also a Navy veteran. He loved to fish, hunt and travel and enjoyed his dog, Tammy, and his horses. He will be missed by his wife of 34 years Jean, a brother Robert and several nieces and nephews

Services will be 2 p.m. Wedensday at the Norwalk United Methodist Church of which he was a member. Family will greet friends following the service.

Memorials to his church or American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
